Blogs vs. Traditional Websites

Blogs are a type of website that makes interaction between users and creators easier.  On blogs, users are able to easily leave comments to posts made by the author(s) and to interact with other users via these comments.  Blogs also allow easy updating by the author (especially those who are inexperienced with HTML).  Blogs are pre-organized by the web host based on posts.  These posts can be organized by topic (labels) and/or date.  Whereas, websites have to be organized by the creator into individual pages that are linked to one another.  It is also more difficult to reflect recent updates on websites than on blogs because of this organization and the lack of a RSS feed (typically).
